Running From Injury

The Running from Injury concept was developed for creating a structured exercise workout that helps runners move well to run well. The class is structured with a warm up, a move well set which focuses on an element specific to running, before addressing the specific muscle groups relating to running.

In the subscription package you will have access to over 36 1-hour classes which will help you run from injury. Each workout is specific and different so you can then construct your own workout.

Core For Running

In this taster session the importance of the core is investigated in its role for running well. In the full subscription service you will have 12 individual core workouts which are available to complete in your own time, at your own comfort. The core is best described like a cylinder. The diaphragm, the pelvic floor, the abdominals, the obliques and the quadratus lumborum amongst other muscles all compose the “core” and are important for maintaining good running for.

The Master Athlete

The block of 5 exercise classes targets the main areas affected in the master athlete. The quadriceps, hamstrings, calfs, feet and glutes are all targeted and a full explanation to why are given. This class when ran was immensely popular and a mainstay in injury prevention in the 35 year old plus community.
